TIER RULES
You can move up to through the tiers at any time once you qualify. Tiers are reviewed on the 1st of each month, and if your activity over the previous 90 days doesn’t meet the requirements, your tier may adjust.
Frequently asked questions
No. Points are only accumulated at the point of purchase. Once the transaction is complete, you cannot retrospectively add those points to your membership.
You have the ability to pay for food and beverages using your Captain’s Club points.
To do this:
- Open the Captain's Club App.
- Goto ‘My Card’
- Ask the cashier to scan the QR code before you make any payments
- Your points will automatically be deducted.

If you're a member at the Captain, Commodore, or Admiral tiers, you have the option to redeem your points for Cash. Please visit our cashiers, and they will assist you with the process.
Yes you can. Our gaming machines require a physical membership card. To organise your physical membership card, please present a government-issued ID along with your Captain’s Club account to one of our cashiers.
An eligible Captain’s Club member account requires a unique mobile phone number and unique email address. You cannot share your account with someone else, or have the same details on multiple accounts.
