- PROMOTER
The promoter is Bluewater Hotel Pty Ltd ACN 166 736 134 as trustee for the BH Trust trading as Bluewater Bar & Grill ("Bluewater"), located at 7 Harbour Drive, Trinity Park QLD 4879.
- PROMOTION NAME
The promotion is known as the "Captain's Club Digital Barrel Draw" ("Promotion").
- ELIGIBILITY
3.1 Entry is open to current financial members of the Bluewater Captain's Club aged 18 years or over.
3.2 Employees, contractors and immediate family members of Bluewater management may be excluded from winning at Bluewater's discretion.
3.3 Membership must be active and in good standing at the time of the draw and prize redemption.
- PROMOTION PERIOD
4.1 The Promotion will operate continuously until withdrawn or amended by Bluewater.
4.2 Draws will be conducted weekly each Friday at 5:00pm Queensland time.
- ENTRY MECHANICS
5.1 Entry is available exclusively to active Captain's Club members.
5.2 Eligible entries are automatically awarded through qualifying activity recorded against a Member's Captain's Club account.
5.3 Members will receive:
- One (1) entry for every $10 gaming turnover recorded through a gaming machine whilst the Member's loyalty card is inserted and active during play; and
- One (1) entry for every $5 spent on eligible food and beverage purchases at Bluewater where the Member scans their Captain's Club App or presents their membership card prior to completion of the transaction.
5.4 Only gaming turnover tracked through the Member's loyalty account is eligible for entry into the Promotion.
5.5 Food and beverage purchases must be recorded against the Member's Captain's Club account at the time of transaction. No retrospective entries will be awarded.
5.6 Entries are accumulated electronically through the Captain's Club system and no physical tickets will be issued.
5.7 All entries reset to zero immediately following each weekly draw, regardless of whether the jackpot is won.
5.8 Eligible Transactions
(a) Gaming entries are only awarded on gaming machine turnover recorded whilst a valid Captain's Club membership card is inserted and active during play;
(b) Food and beverage entries are only awarded where the Member scans their Captain's Club App or presents their membership card before the transaction is finalised;
(c) Eligible food and beverage purchases include purchases made through bars, restaurants and other food and beverage outlets operated by Bluewater;
(d) One (1) entry will be awarded for every $5 spent on eligible food and beverage purchases recorded against the Member's Captain's Club account; and
(e) Entries cannot be retrospectively applied to transactions where a Member fails to identify their membership account prior to completion of the transaction.
- WEEKLY DRAW
6.1 One winner will be drawn electronically every Friday at 5:00pm Queensland time.
6.2 The winner must be physically present within Bluewater Bar & Grill at the time of the draw.
6.3 The winner must identify themselves and claim the prize within four (4) minutes of their name being announced.
6.4 If the selected Member is not present or fails to claim the prize within the required timeframe, the prize will jackpot in accordance with clause 7.
6.5 Bluewater reserves the right to verify the identity and membership status of any winner prior to awarding a prize.
6.6 Presence Requirement
To be eligible to win a prize, a Member must be physically present within Bluewater Bar & Grill at the time of the draw and remain present for the duration of the claim period.
A Member is not required to be actively gaming, dining or purchasing goods or services at the time of the draw, however the Member must be present within the venue and hold a current and active Captain's Club membership.
If a drawn Member is not physically present within the venue or does not identify themselves and claim the prize within four (5) minutes of their name being announced, the prize will be deemed unclaimed, and the jackpot will increase in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- JACKPOT PRIZE
7.1 The Digital Barrel Draw jackpot will commence at $200.
7.2 If the drawn Member is present and successfully claims the prize, the jackpot amount will be awarded, and the jackpot will reset to $200 for the following week's draw.
7.3 If the drawn Member is not present or does not claim the prize within four (4) minutes, the jackpot will increase by $50 for the following week's draw.
7.4 The jackpot will continue to increase by $50 each week until won or until it reaches a maximum value of $2,000.
7.5 Once the jackpot reaches $2,000, Bluewater will continue conducting weekly draws at the $2,000 jackpot amount until a valid winner is present and claims the prize.
7.6 Following a successful claim of the $2,000 jackpot, the jackpot will reset to $200 for the next scheduled draw.
- PRIZE PAYMENT
8.1 Prizes will be paid in the form determined by Bluewater and in accordance with applicable gaming and promotional regulations.
8.2 Prize winners may be required to provide identification and proof of membership prior to receiving the prize.
8.3 Prizes are not transferable.
- GENERAL
9.1 Bluewater reserves the right to refuse entry, cancel entries, or disqualify any person who breaches these Terms and Conditions or acts fraudulently.
9.2 Bluewater may amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion at any time, subject to any regulatory requirements.
9.3 Bluewater's decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9.4 Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
9.5 The Promotion is conducted in accordance with all applicable Queensland laws, gaming regulations and venue policies.
- PRIVACY
10.1 Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be handled in accordance with Bluewater's Privacy Policy and may be used for administering the Promotion and contacting winners.
- RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING
11.1 Bluewater supports responsible gambling.
11.2 Participation in this Promotion does not alter a member's obligations under responsible gambling legislation, exclusion orders, self-exclusion programs or venue policies.
11.3 Bluewater reserves the right to exclude any person from participation where required by law or responsible gambling requirements.
